Managing and overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including customer service, food preparation, cleanliness, and safety
Developing and implementing business plans to increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Managing and scheduling employees, ensuring proper staffing levels are maintained, and overseeing training and development programs
Ordering supplies and managing inventory to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
Managing food and labor costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards
Handling customer complaints and concerns and ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction
Collaborating with other managers and senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve operations and increase revenue
Ensuring that all team members follow company policies and procedures, including dress code and punctuality requirements
المهارات
Qualification in Hotel Managment or its Allied Craft Course would be an advantage.
1 to 2 years of Previous Work experience as a Restaurant Manager in a large International Fast-Food Outlets would be an advantage.
Leadership: The ability to lead and motivate a team is important in a fast-paced environment where effective communication and coordination are essential for success.
Customer service: Strong customer service skills are necessary to ensure that all customers have a positive experience and to handle complaints and concerns effectively.
Business acumen: Understanding and analyzing financial reports and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions to increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Time management: The ability to manage time effectively is crucial in a restaurant where speed and efficiency are necessary for success.
Communication: Effective communication skills are necessary for managing and supervising team members, collaborating with other managers and senior leaders, and handling customer complaints and concerns.
