Position Title: Property Manager

Salary: up to 22K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family medical insurance

Job Description:
Conduct market research and identify suitable business opportunities
Support division’s land acquisition efforts with detailed market research to understand the opportunities and risks associated with the potential project
Supervising property projects at all stages and providing solutions to problems
Optimize costs and initiate operational cost savings
Planning various activities in property management
المهارات
Qualifications
45 years old and below
Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management or any relevant degree
Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar role preferably from large real estate developers or real estate consulting firms in the UAE
Strong understanding of the real estate market is required
Must have good technical/engineering knowledge
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
