Looking for a Sales Coordinator for oil filed principles handling company based in Abu Dhabi.
Experience: 3 Years’ experience in Oil field sales preferred in principals handling.
Salary: AED 4000.
• Prepare pre-qualification document in liaison with respective principals
• Submit, update and maintain documents related to pre-qualification of principals.
• Maintain updated Registration Status Chart.
• Evaluate offers received and submission of relevant bids in accordance with the specifications and inspection requirements of the respective client.
• Regular follow up with clients on submitted bids / offers.
• Analyze causes of being unsuccessful in submitted bids / offers.
• Co-ordinate with manufacturer / suppliers in accordance with client’s purchase order / delivery schedules.
• Ensure prompt after sales support.
• Carry out and undertake duties as may be directed by the General Manager.
