الوصف الوظيفي • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams. • Work on sales scripts with agents. • Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings. • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them. • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs. Ensure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with the sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills. • Positive and enthusiastic attitude. • Ability to work any of the seven days of the week and holidays. • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. • Good organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management skills. • Ability to work independently combined with exceptional interpersonal skills.
