Landscape Supervisor

We are currently looking for Landscape Supervisor for one of our Property management client based in Abu Dhabi.
Job Purpose: To carry out onsite inspection of third party service contractors to ensure compliance with Contract and Service Operation Manuals in accordance with company requirements for projects and services.
Responsibilities:
• Minimum Experience: - 10+ Years (last 05 years in UAE is must) construction or Facility Service Supervision Experience.
• Review Service Operations Manuals (SOMs) for accuracy of data provided by service providers with actual at site information and recommend changes.
• Ensure all SOMs are up to date as per on site conditions/requirements and recommended changes.
• Record and maintain logs of all inspections and findings including discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit service provider evaluation report to Third Party Services Manager, on a weekly / monthly basis.
• Assist Third Party Services Manager in review and improvement of current audit process and procedures
• Overall management of Landscape, irrigation and enhancement projects.
• Spot checking of Landscape plants including lawn, shrubs, ground covers, seasonal flowers, trees, palms etc. at all location for any diseases or pests infection.
• Manage and monitor labour resources, work done, progress, material and equipment on site, in order to ensure on time, and compliance with contractual terms and SOMs.
Education/ Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscaping Engineering/Facility Service
• Supervision Experience preferred
