Urgent opening for the position of Job Coordinator in Abu Dhabi.
Education & Experience:
• 5 years’ experience in Oil & gas sector maintenance and turnaround.
• Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 03-year experience in planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
• Excellent English communication verbal & written.
• Worked as office administrator
Job Description:
• Develops preparation and short-term execution plans for mechanical turnaround activities. Integrates mechanical work scope into a logically linked turnaround plan.
• Reviews requirements for plant turnarounds, including man- hours, manpower skill levels and support service requirements, such as cranes and forklifts, and discusses detailed requirements with concern engineers and section heads to prepare a consolidated work list for shutdown.
• Arranges and coordinates turnaround meetings and implements identified required action.
• Assists the materials and contracts engineer to review the scope, and equipment drawings and identify all spares that need to be arranged as equipment for maintenance.
• Assists contracts and budget control administrator in day-to-day activities.
• Prepares material reservation (mechanical) for all turnaround activities included in turnaround scope.
• Checks that purchase requisitions are issued in time for replenishment, maintain, and update necessary records.
• Generate reports from sap and compiled as per company requirements.
• Takes lessons learnt and observations made and incorporates them into future turnaround activities.
