Head Chef (Multi Cuisine) - Abu Dhabi
(Preferably healthy food background)
The role is for one of the richest and most refined creation of contemporary kitchen trend - casual dining & business lunch restaurant.
Role Summary:
• Lead, manage & organize all aspects of food production to the highest professional standards.
• Work outside the kitchen in developing new recipes, planning menus, hiring & training staff, maintaining an inventory of food supplies, food budgeting, purchase orders and maintaining standards & safety regulations.
Criteria:
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Head Chef or as Sr.Sous Chef within the hospitality sector, ideally in a fine dining operation.
• International/Multi Cuisine experience required, preferably healthy food.
• Degree/Diploma in culinary science or relevant field.
• Fluency in English. Good understanding of computers including restaurant management softwares & POS systems.
• Ability to prepare/write reports, business correspondences & procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information to management, suppliers & members.
• Excellent leadership, team management, training & motivational skills.
• Should be available in UAE and able to join asap.
• Salary: AED 10,000
