Telemarketing/Telesales Officer

Hiring Telemarketing/Telesales Officer experience in ISO Certification, or Call Center BPO.
Responsible for generating and closing sales leads over the phone, setting up marketing meetings for Business Development Manager and maintaining good client relationship.
Must have strong communication skills, willing to learn about new services and can work under minimum supervision.
Gathering leads by cold calling and arranging marketing meeting to the client with Marketing Manager in order to discuss the client’s and international standard’s requirement.
Able to reach the right person or decision maker within client’s organization to setting a marketing meeting.
Preparing and sending proposals, encoding customer information in the database and making strong follow up with potential clients.
Responding present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls.
Representing the company to the clients in a professional and reliable manner.
