Organize, prepare and follow up the stages of building survey forms directed to all sectors in the internal and external environment of the company, for example, but not limited to (customers, suppliers, and partners from the external environment) and (employees from the internal environment).
Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for diagnosis and prediction.
Analyses local, national, and global trends and forecasts that impact both the organization and the industry.
Prepares final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
Analyses past operations’ results and performs variance analyses.
Build Survey recommendations based on analyzed data.
Structure Survey questions based on analyzed data of the customer behavior, marketing campaign Responses, Digital Marketing UX, and Company Software’s UX ( CX, MX, UX).
Researching market trends, conducting surveys, analyzing data from competitors, and analyzing the business’s operations, expenditures, and customer retention to identify patterns of potential issues or improvements.
Uses data analysis and interpretations to guide the decision-making of the business.
Uses operations data to develop pricing models and identify areas for improvement.
Uses statistical, economic, and data modeling techniques and tools.
Organizes and analyze data, create charts and graphs, and present your findings to the leadership team.
Provides recommendations to improve future business operations.
Organizes and stores data for future research projects.
Testing processes, policies, and protocols for efficiency and improvements.
Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within the area of responsibility.
Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

5+ years of experience in survey analysis.
Expertise in statistics
Reports and dashboards
Solution-oriented
Knowledge of programming languages SQL, MATLAB, Python
Knowledge of data visualization software such as Power BI and Tableau
Proven experience in conducting surveys not less than 3 years
