Hiring Invoice Expeditor (Industrial Inspection Services) | Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Position Summary
• Processing and Mentoring of customer billing , ensure client acknowledgement and Approval acceptance of invoice , routine follow up of invoice, follow up for payment with client account payable
• Perform data entry processing of supplier invoices into SAP and other company software system
• Liasing with TAX Department for VAT and or WHT requirement of respective regions
• Check all documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedure
• Bachelor degree preferred in Accounting or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of experience as an Invoice expeditorin which minimum 1 years of experience in SAP billing

• Fluency in English language with good communication skills written and oral
• Very good in computer and MS Office application
