Position Title:  F&B;Operations Director

Employment Type:  Full Time

Salary:  up to 30K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:  Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:

A highly respected group in the coffee sector, based in Abu Dhabi, known for it’s high quality coffe brands, servicing both retail and luxury outlets across the region

Job Description:

Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labor costs and profitability
Monitoring of results from Customer Follow-up calls on a timely basis
Participation and input towards F&B;Marketing activities like Sales Promotions & Mailings
Handle all F&B;Team inquiries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day
Coordination with all large group meeting/banquet planners their specific group requirements with the services & facilities offered. This includes proposals, contracts, estimated and actual function statements. With banquet or conferences, the Chef is to be included in food related discussions
Supervision of daily paper flow including Proposals, and Function Contracts

المهارات
Qualifications:

Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
Male, 28 - 38 years old
At least 5 years of experience in related role from F&B;/ Hospitality industry
SAP knowledge is a must
Immediate joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
