Leasing Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
The leasing Manager will take care of and direct the daily activities of the leasing team in achieving the leasing goals set by the senior management. The leasing Manager will act as a facilitator for all leasing-related activities from inception to close including showing, negotiating, documentation, coordinating, and administration for the various aspects of the leasing process. Building community and industry knowledge he/she will be involved in connecting people to the community, keeping accurate records, and training and collaborating with talented teammates.

5 years of relevant work experience in sales, Leasing
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with tenants and stakeholders to establish good relationships
Strong customer service skills including the desire to meet and exceed tenant expectations.
Good working knowledge of building and property maintenance and management
Have strong connections with the person in charge of major real estate developers.
Ability to control negotiations with vendors and real estate developers for store openings
Have a broad business background including sufficient negotiation skills with a good understanding of legal documents and terminology as well as the environment and trends of UAE’s real estate industry
Enthusiasm and creative thinking to maintain and improve brand quality
Experience working in a client-side real estate development environment
Understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and project management
Knowledge of local and state level laws and regulations regarding real estate development
Ability to present to large groups of people
Ability to work independently and react quickly in a demanding fast-paced environment
Ability to motivate and direct people effectively through positive leadership
