Location: AE – Abu Dhabi
Job Duties:
• Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents in order to develop new business opportunities
• Negotiating contracts with sellers to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement
• Identifying opportunities in the market to increase sales volume or profit margins through new marketing strategies or product offerings
• Coordinating with other members of the team to prepare for events such as open houses or new home launches
• Presenting offers to sellers on behalf of clients in order to facilitate negotiation of price and terms of sale
• Reviewing market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in a particular neighbourhood or area
• Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth
• Managing a team of real estate agents to ensure that they are meeting their goals and providing quality service to clients
Qualifications:
• Five years of experience as a sales manager/team leader role in the real estate is a MUST.
• Proven organizational and planning ability.
• A degree in the marketing field, business or equivalent.
