Crowne Plaza Hotel Abu Dhabi is currently recruiting an Outlets Manager.
The preferred candidate must be in UAE.
YOU’RE DAY TO DAY
• Sets goals and delegates tasks to improve outlets/departmental performance
• Ensures that service colleagues are knowledgeable on both food and beverage menus
• Ensures perfect environment/communication at the outlet between culinary and service team.
• Communicates and executes departmental and property emergency procedures and ensures staff are trained in safety procedures
• Ensuring and Providing Exceptional Customer Service
• Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
• Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints
• Adheres to and reinforces all standards, policies and procedures.
• Be aware of competition and market needs (competition check, pricing, promotion strategies).
• Work closely with the respective Chef to plan menus, prices and promotional events for the outlet in order to maximize revenue generating opportunities.
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
Requirements:
• Associate’s degree or higher in hotel and restaurant management is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Outlet Manager in a 4/5 star hotel.
• Good working knowledge & experience of UAE market knowledge
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organization and leadership skills.
• Developed problem-solving skills to effectively handle conflict in a way that works for both the customer and the staff.
• A dynamic personality, with the ability to work in a fast pace and demanding environment
