الوصف الوظيفي Site Architect 1. Job Overview The Site Architect reports directly to the Office Manager and/or Project/ Resident Manager and provides Support services to the Project Team(s) as requested. Specifically, the Site Architect will be responsible for and undertake the following duties and activities. 2. Duties and Activities a) Coordinate, assist, liaise with between design team(s) and local Municipality and Governing authorities, b) Ensure Architectural Permits and required licenses are obtained in a timely manner and being maintained through out the duration, c) Carry out Architectural Designs if necessary, to the satisfaction of the client & Authorities requirements, d) For Site operations: i. report and liaise with the RE/ Office manger for all site operations, ii. participate in site operations, testing, and handing over as needed, iii. participate in progress meetings as required, iv. review shop drawings & submittals as required, v. conduct site inspections as needed, vi. provide construction progress reports on weekly and monthly bases, vii. review & approve contractor’s payments, e) Actively participate and assists the office/ design manager in all project related daily matters, f) Participate in Weekly/ Monthly progress meetings and assist in preparing minutes of meeting, g) Participate in the review of Project Specifications and Documentation, h) Review deliverables of Design Consultants/ Sub-Consultants and ensure compliance with Agreement, i) Participate in Tender evaluation and screening, j) Liaison/coordinate between the Q/S provider and the project team(s) k) Maintain a current set of project documentation which includes the Design/ construction and their related addendums, l) The management of all project correspondence and documents, m) The preparation of project/ office correspondence, reports, and presentation, n) The co-ordination of all project planned meetings including, attendance and follow up on issues, o) Any other requirement as directed by the Office Manager.
