Head of HR

Position Title:  Head of HR

Employment Type:  Full Time

Salary:  all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family medical insurance, and cellular card

Job Location:  Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client: 

A well-resourced and technology driven agribusiness investment organization based in Abu Dhabi, supplying the fresh produce to major markets of UAE.

Job Description: 

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection and onboarding process ensuring legal compliance
Support current and future business needs through HRMS Implementation , and the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization to nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance while working on maintenance of pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

المهارات
Qualifications:

55 years old and below
Master Degree in Human Resources or related field
At least 3 years’ experience as Head of HR from Heavy Manufacturing /Retail / Construction / FMCG Manufacturing / Agriculture
Handling 500+ employees
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
