What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage and own the delivery for a team of recruiters for one of most significant projects in the region; this will include developing sourcing strategies, reporting frameworks and effectively managing the performance of your team.
Manage and own the full recruitment life cycle for key, critical and senior appointments across the program.
Work closely with a diverse group of Senior Leadership Managers across the Program to ensure staffing needs are effectively communicated to the team, and are recruited for in a timely manner
Develop reporting capabilities to demonstrate recruitment output and highlight inefficiencies in process and productivity gaps to be addressed.
Drive the creation of innovative recruitment strategies to increase recruitment efficiency and decrease overall time to hire
Creating unique search strategies to identify the best talent for Parsons on a global scale
Develop talent pools for strategic business and future program requirements

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
Minimum 10 years’ Recruitment experience, with a proven track record of recruiting in/for the Civil Engineering/Construction Industry
Work experience in the Middle East, or experience of recruiting in to the Middle East region, is preferable
Prior supervisory, team lead, or management experience is highly preferred, with the ability to inspire and lead a high performing team of experienced recruiters
Top class client and stakeholder management skills, ability to influence, a compelling communicator you should be able to effectively engage with senior leadership and articulate in a professional manner.
Passionate and dedicated recruiter who enjoys working in a challenging environment.
Data focused, with the ability to create reports and metrics to monitor and drive recruiting performance
Comfortable with working in a fast paced environment with the ability to operate effectively under ever-changing Program conditions
Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant professional certifications are preferable, but not essential
