Position Title:  Head of Human Resources

Employment Type:  Full Time

Salary:  all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:  Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:

One of the educational entities responsible of establishing policies and standards that effectively regulate technical and vocational educational.

Job Description:

Manage the HR team ensuring that they are clear about expected standards of performance, motivated and developed to provide professional HR services.
Manage the development of people development tools and plans to ensure their compliance with leading practices including retention, career planning, training and development, succession planning and employee relations.
Ensure that effective and appropriate HR Policies and Procedures are in place which meet legal requirements, best practice, and organizational objectives.
Ensure that managers and staff receive effective and appropriate advice and support on the implementation and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
Continually review and monitor progress against the HR action and objectives and ensure that staff and budget resources are appropriately allocated and deployed.

Qualifications:

Open to UAE nationals
Male, 45 years old and below
At least 8 years of experience in Senior HR roles and managing people
Professional certifications will be an advantage
