Position Title: Pastry Maker

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience: 2-3 years minimum experience in same position

Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: ad, UAE

Job Role: -

· Prepare a wide variety of goods such as Fatayer, Manakish, bread etc.

· Prepare raw ingredients for Dough cutting & other pastries.

· Follow traditional and modern recipes

· And make appropriate orders within budget check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for baking.

· Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.

· Ensure the kitchen is always clean and sanitized.

Skills Requirements: -

• Positive attitude.

• Excellent grooming standards.

• Basic Food Hygiene

• Dedicated to the delivery of exceptional service and continuous improvement

• Good communication skills
