CLERK / EXPEDITOR – ARABIC / ENGLISH (SITE BASED)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implements systems for monitoring documentation / communication from both internal and external clients.
Provides personal assistance to the Project Management Team as required.
Prepares standard correspondence for the Project Team, to include; document flow, basic cover letters, copies of meeting documents etc.
Complies with tracking requirements in accordance with the approved procedures.
Supports the receipt, tracking, and monitoring of documents through the use of standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produces logs, transmittals, and other reports as required.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Translation of Arabic – English Letters
Registering, logging and tracking of correspondence.
المهارات
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
BSc, Diploma, high school or equivalent with minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
Proficient keyboard skills and shall be competent in MS Word, Excel, Aconex, etc.
Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management.
