Urgently hiring a Sr. Geotechnical Engineer for Abu Dhabi branch
• Responsible for the technical matters related to the Geotechnical Division and shall report to the Unit Head Geotechnical
• Client coordination in terms of project information such as but not limited to foundation details, site plan, site availability, previous history of the site etc.
• Coordinate with the geologists & site supervisors / Engineers regarding sampling requirement as per project specification
• Ensure customer requirements are met in accordance with the contract specifications and applicable standard methods
• Verify the Boreholes logs, Laboratory test schedules, Laboratory test results & geotechnical reports submitted by the Geologists & Geotechnical Engineers
• Clarify client’s doubts regarding the geotechnical Reports and testing reports / procedures adopted
• Prepare method statements as per project requirements
• Ensure full compliance with the laboratories own policies and procedures as well as with the ISO I IEC 17025 and ISO 9001.
• Ensure all staff are adequately trained and experienced, in discipline to perform their duties in a satisfactory manner
• Ensure good housekeeping in the department and ensure that all staff adapt to the necessary safety measures while at work
• Update applicable standard methods with the approval of unit Head/Laboratory Manager
