CRM Techno-functional consultants

We are looking for a CRM Techno-functional consultants to be based at a client location in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
CRM resources are responsible for supporting CRM implementation on Microsoft Dynamics, with experience having registration/scheduling.
• Experience in enterprise business application development and delivery (e.g., CRM).
• Experience working with CRM tools such as, Microsoft Dynamics experience highly desirable.
• Strong project implementation and working experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM online.
• Experience implementing or using CRM systems to support registration and scheduling.
• Implement CRM roadmap including experimentation and complex personalized campaigns by enabling, automating, & scaling personalization across retention channels.
• Excellent knowledge of the Dynamics CRM 365 Product and hands on experience configuring the product including: Entity Creation, Workflows, Business Rules, Business Process Flows, etc.
• Project experience creating functional designs, test conditions and test scripts.
• Candidate must stay abreast on updates and new releases in CRM technologies and CRM functions.
• Experience with system integration or user acceptance testing
• Experience with business process design or re-engineering
• Strong team player working in agile environments.
• Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
• Ability to think strategically and deliver tactically.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
