الوصف الوظيفي 1. Works with the management team to improve product and quality within Al Forsan International Sports Resort. 2. To develop Al Forsan International Sports Resort sales & marketing business plans and budget and thereafter, evaluate business trends to modify strategies and then interprets, analyses and manages budget to meet business objectives 3. Provide constructive coaching and counseling to fellow employees 4. To work with and motivate the sales team to develop the revenue management process of Al Forsan international Sports Resort 5. To manage all marketing communication matters and activities whilst working with appointed Public Relations and Marketing Agency. Whilst ensuring an excellent rapport is established with all relevant media - locally, regionally and internationally. 6. To maximize profitability for Al Forsan International Sports Resort, with a total revenue focus for major revenue centers which includes, Food & Beverage, Equestrian, Shooting, Water Sport, Karting, Recreational and Retail consistent with company objectives 7. To identify prospective business partners for the purpose of promotions and public relations activities 8. To promote and strengthen the positioning of Al Forsan International Sports Resort for the key business and market segments 9. Preparation and administration of overall department budget and preparation of monthly and long term strategic department plan 10. Monitoring the sales performance through the compilation and preparation of all sales reports including forecast, budgets, weekly and monthly forecasts to ensure company objectives are met 11. Selection, training, supervision, and development of all sales and marketing personnel 12. Extensive interaction with all departments within Al Forsan International Sports Resort in providing information concerning servicing and handling our members and guests. 13. Development and maintenance of key accounts through personal sales calls, correspondence with existing and potential client base, and attendance at both travel and related industry meetings and trade shows 14. Planning, developing and implementing marketing programs designed to maximize revenues consistent with company objectives 15. Directing and responsible Al Forsan International Sports Resort advertising activities to ensure any programs are consistent with established objectives and company standards 16. Identifies positive public relations and teamwork opportunities with the sales team and manages activities to tap on these opportunities 17. Motivates and provides a work environment in which employee satisfaction can be reached 18. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time Membership: 19. Assist in the development and implementation of the membership marketing & sales plan and enrollment and retention strategies and member events. 20. Creation and implementation of an effective “Public Relations and Awareness Campaign “without advertising. 21. Ensure that an excellent rapport is established with new members in order to receive referrals. Thereby achieving membership enrollment targets. 22. Establish database and maintain accurate records of members and prospective members for effective communication and promotion of Al Forsan activities for both members and public. 23. Represent Al Forsan International Sports Resort in community activities and organizations to provide community awareness of Al Forsan and develop sources for prospective members. 24. Assists with the creation, organizations and hosting of member events to attract and retain members. 25. Assists General Manager with the coordination of protocol associated with the visits of VVIP Members & Guests.
