Job Description
Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi, UAE scouting for landlords and tenants and making them sign lease agreements between each other.
Strong customer service skills including the desire to meet and exceed tenant expectations.
Ability to work both independently and cooperatively
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints (both verbal and written)
Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment

Qualifications
At least 1 - 2 years of proven experience in sales or other leasing roles
Presentable, Elegant and Adhere to Time Frame
An attested Bachelor’s degree
UAE / International Driving License
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Positive Attitude
Outgoing and pleasing personality
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
Ready to work on 50% commission based salary
