الوصف الوظيفي Evolution Events Principal Accountabilities Accountability Area · Drive the team to cater and exceed Client’s expectation by continuously introducing innovative strategies, ideas, concepts, activities through all possible modes of initiatives and operations. · Work with management team to bring creative solutions to prospective clients and to build the business of current clients · Develop and implement strategic objectives that are aligned with the organization strategic initiatives and provides input to mitigate any risk · Identify and drive new opportunities, including new business pitches for the Clients leading to effective conceptualization and presentation · Foster knowledge-sharing across all disciplines internally to ensure collaborative and informed work · Handle multiple Clients at once and ensure strong integration across the team · Review detailed deliverables across the projects life-cycle. Manage and oversee the development of plans and schedules in every phase of critical projects or programs. High Level Responsibilities- Preparing/managing development of detailed scope of works and deliverables for events / taking briefs from internal stakeholders Overseeing events team to deliver all internal aspects of events from concept, briefing, development, creative, execution and reporting Management of department budget (oversee development, manage internal procedures) Monitor events department budget Senior management relations (internal stakeholders) Managing yearly event calendar Manage internal procedures in order to execute event (procurement etc.) Supplier management Team leader, senior client manager for Consultancy contract Liaise with head office in relation to contract deliverables Must have events background المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/senior-client-services-manager-4543146/ |
