Logistic & HR Coordinator – 12 Months contract – Abu Dhabi
• To coordinate services to Project personnel.
• To perform administrative tasks related to HR
• To coordinate services (apartment, mobile phone, car, etc...) for all the project team in accordance with the Instructions of Application and Working conditions.
• To liaise with Contractor to ensure service requests are executed on time and ensure continuous follow-up and traceability for each service required.
• To arrange yard accesses for the project team and visitors and car accesses.
• To assist the project team for administrative issues (visa, driving permit, etc.…).
• To arrange local transportation: pick-ups, transportation to yards and vendors, etc.…
• To coordinate mission order arrangements for the Project personnel upon Management request
HR Coordinator
• To follow up local personnel search.
• To ensure administrative tasks are carried out on time and dedicated follow-up is in place (timesheet management, overtime requests, holidays, etc.…).
