Senior Associate Investment Management
(Major Real Estate / Properties Company, Abu Dhabi)
Job Purpose
Provide support in managing the asset mgt investment process, the underwriting on new potential acquisitions, and the closing of potential acquisitions in conjunction with the senior manager.
Major Job responsibilities include:
Assist in developing the asset mgt investments proposals across all stages of the transaction from sourcing to execution.
Minimum Requirements:
• Min of 4 years in real estate, private equity, investment banking, buy-side, or sell-side advisory, in Big4 Companies or Investment companies
• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
• Strong experience in Conducting valuations / financial models
• good knowledge of interpreting and managing transaction documents such as NDAs, MoUs, LoIs, and SPAs
