Duties & Responsibilities:

Pre‐Engineering Works

 Preparation of Technical Submittals (Prequalification, Material Submittals, Method Statement)

including Subcontractor’s Work.

 Checking and Confirming of Engineering Logs.

 Requesting documents to Supplier (Coordination in order to provide the required technical

documents).

 Coordinate with technical team to ensure that the submitted Material Submittal is the same

with the approved shop drawings.

 Preparing and complying Estidama Requirements.

Post Engineering Works

 Preparation of Inspection Request (Material Inspection Request, Work Inspection Request).

 Preparation of Closing of Site Observation (SOR) and Non Compliance (NCN).

 Issuance of Internal NCR to our Supplier/Subcontractor.

 Checking and Confirming of Project Logs.

 Preparing of Operation and Maintenance Manual.

 Updating Dashboards.

 Preparing, collecting and checking of Final Warranty

المهارات
Skills & Competencies:

 Proficient in Speaking English

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Application

 Knowledgeable in Aconex

 Knowledgeable in AutoCAD

 Self‐Motivated, Initiative High Level of Energy
