Sales Engineer ( Controls, Valves & Instruments )Responsibilities· Develop and manage sales strategies and Contact target customers to introduce company’s services.· Meet revenue expectation and implement a comprehensive business plan with the objective of growing the MEP and HVAC project sales and distribution business.· Arrange meetings with customers and develop long-term relation. Conduct site visits to meet clients, designers and contractors.· Build strong customer relationship and communication at all levels.· Review and submit the technical submittals for every project and participate in the consultants and contractors’ meeting to review and discuss the technical proposal.· Respond quickly and efficiently to all enquiries in a prompt fashion· Manage general sales and marketing of MEP and HVAC products such as Valves, PICV , BTU & water meters Etc.· Work closely with the design consultant on new projects and involve department manager and also management in all level meetings· Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop the same with new ones.· Submit daily sales and marketing reports. · Achieve given monthly revenue targets· Achieve sales targets by implementing agreed designed strategies and exploring all business opportunities, thereby increasing the profitable growth of the company.· Conduct technical observation/ study of the relevant project specifications in order to prepare the techno-commercial proposals for the represented product line.· Preside over deliveries and after sales support to ensure customers satisfaction and repeat business.Follow up on collections and support the finance team with timely collectionThe ideal candidate will be from the MEP and HVAC Valves, PICV , BTU and water meter background. An experienced and dynamic Sales Engineer with commitment to fulfill department/Company objective such as maximizing Business and profits . He/She must be skilled in Customer relations ,business planning ,brand development, P&L;and MEP & HVAC product and market knowledge.
المهارات
· A minimum of 3 to 5 years sales experience in the HVAC industry in the UAE with knowledge of MEP & HVAC contractors and consultants.· Must speak English/Hindi .Arabic would be added advantage.· UAE driving License
