To provide the timely and accurate processing of purchasing orders and procurement transactions for central functions and all campuses across HCT. He/she will maintain efficiency in the procurement process and develop reliable relationships with the existing and potential suppliers.

Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Supply Chain Management,Business Administration.
CIPS, Professional certification in purchasing, procurement or supply chain is preferred.
Full English proficiency is required.
Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, ERP (Procurement Management system).
Experience
Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in Procurement and Contracts or any relevant field.
