Business Analyst
Location: Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a BA with good banking background/experience preferably in regulatory, retail & corporate domains.
Job Responsibilities:
• Accompany the requirements from demand stage up to delivery stage.
• Build up the changes/enhancements/projects business case. Get it signed off by all stakeholders
• Liaison between business & IT in terms of requirements understanding & solution design
• Follow the bank policies & procedures to get the job done on time without any breaches
• Communicate clearly & transparently all gaps/issues. Build up full credibility/trust with all involved business & IT teams
• Act as a focal point to all running activities & be always on top of the progress
• Maintain a log for the progress of all assigned tasks & report immediately/effectively any issues
• Follow the bank escalation matrix & process flows
• Participate effectively in the QAT/UAT mainly by coordinating & liaising with different business & IT teams
