JOB OBJECTIVE:
Develop, maintain, or implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions, including risk assessments, business impact analyses, define recovery strategies, and documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures. To support, implement, coordinate, and report on the GRC function of the IRM division as below: * Establish and update scope of BCMS implementation. * Establish BCMS Governance framework. * Establish BCMS objectives in conjunction to business objectives of Injazat. * Govern all BCMS activities in line with the BCMS objectives. * Establish and update BCMS related processes and procedures; and * Establish suitable mechanism in place to ensure compliance to the BCMS Policy
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and maintain documentation of policies, processes and procedures related to business continuity and disaster recovery. * Work with Environmental Health & Safety Office, Facilities, Risk Management Office, Audit, and Office of General Council to implement appropriate policies and standards. * Develop and refine documentation of policies, procedures and standards related to business continuity framework based on ISO 22301 and NCEMA regulatory requirements. * Oversee the execution of business continuity and disaster recovery plan(s). * Conducts employee business continuity and disaster recovery awareness programs. * Conduct organization wide business impact analysis and identify RPO, RTO, MTO with * critical process identification and recovery priorities * Perform on-going risk analysis of existing disaster recovery plans that have enterprise-wide impact.

* Developing and documenting recovery strategies, business continuity plans and disaster recovery plans. * Provide guidance on business continuity and disaster recovery design and implementation for organization wide disaster recovery management programs * Contribute to designing and implementing enterprise-wide business continuity and disaster recovery management programs, including maturity models, methodologies, sourcing strategies, plans, metrics, and scorecards for all components of the program(s). * Develop and maintain crisis management plans, emergency response plans in accordance to identified business continuity plans
Risk Assessment
* Perform on-going risk analysis of existing disaster recovery plans that have enterprise-wide impact. * Conduct site risk assessment and knowledgeable on data center and facility management * Perform organization wide threat assessment to identify the top threats to conduct risk assessments based on likelihood and impact * Conduct high availability testing and IT failure mode effective analysis and perform risk mitigation per enterprise risk management framework and taxonomy * Perform third party vendor risk assessment for all the supporting contracts of critical suppliers to ensure the availability of the suppliers and maintenance with agreed SLAs during disaster recovery
Testing and Exercising
* Development and implementation of disaster recovery test plans and participates in recovery drills * Development of disaster recovery test plans, testing, and documentation for each application in coordination with the technical teams and process champions * Engage application and systems management in disaster recovery testing, objectives and * Coordinate the administration and logistical procedures for disaster recovery testing, and integration of all enterprise “critical” systems. * Ensure recovery drills are performed as per the BCMS activity calendar and criticality of services to ensure compliance with ISO standards and NCEMA regulatory requirements * Analyze recovery drill performance and recommend changes to plan, as needed
Assessments, Audits and Certifications
* Responsible for periodic, timely risk assessment and treatment of Information security * and business continuity systems and sub-systems to determine compliance with defined * policies or standards. * Conducts benchmark exercises by comparing, measuring, and documenting the differences between requirements, specifications, frameworks or standards and present practice. * Document and/or report compliance review results and follows up to ensure preventive and corrective action is taken. * Initiate vulnerability assessments periodically as a proactive approach by identifying potential risks and ensure the resolution with the respective business units. * Conduct high level gap analysis to gauge information security outlook of business units * and enterprise environment. * Ensure compliance through adequate training and awareness programs and periodic internal audits.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Social Science or Business, or equivalent experience * 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Vendor Management / Partner relationship management role * Extensive experience within related advisory services, management/technology consulting * ITIL v3 Practitioner or v4 Foundation preferred
Minimum Experience:
* 8 to 10 years of experience in IT Management or client experience executive role or similar working in a local or international IT Outsourcing service provider environment.
