Recruitment Specialist – Gulf Extrusions – Abu Dhabi Spread the love The job holder is responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, that includes, workers preparing, advertising, sourcing, questioning as well as selection.Responsibilities: · Discuss and also develop hire needs along with hiring supervisors. · Advertise vacancies on different social media (e.g. LinkedIn )· Companion with working with manager to conduct board meeting covering behavioral elements · Receipt and review job descriptions and publish all of them. · Monitor candidates to produce a pipeline of qualified candidates. · Conduct job interviews to shortlist suitable prospects. · Keep a data source on prospects for potential working with requirements. · Make reports on recruitment status.Requirements: · Undergraduate’s level, preferability in HR · Lowest of 3 years of experience in recruitment specialist, preferability an experience in employing blue collared workers Job Kind: Full-time, Permanent Posted at Tue, 29 Mar 2022 06:41:34 -0400
