Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Oversee Agile rollout
Activation Service Delivery Model
Roll-out Agile & DevOps
Agile Coaching and Guidance
Measure Agile rollout success
Defining Business Value and Customer Experience impacts
Help Service Owners design and establish Services and teams

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification

Bachelor degree in IT or Business adminstration
Minimum Experience

2 years experience with financial industry
4 years experience in Agile delivery and transformation
Workable knowledge about Various Agile methods and faremworks (Scrum , Kanban, Safe, Less, Spotify…)
