الوصف الوظيفي · Oversee all aspects of sellers transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement. · Prospect and conduct outbound lead generation activities for new listing appointments. · Track all outbound & inbound lead generation activities: from leads-contacts-appointments-contracts. · Present and negotiate all offers to purchase with clients and agents representing buyers until acceptance. · Prepare/Analyze Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) before all listing presentation appointments. · Maintain and update the listing availability on Bayut, Property Finder, & Dubizzle. · Schedule, coordinate, and assist with photoshoots and property-staging · Collect and enrich property information, ensuring data accuracy in our system · Answer client questions about the property listing process. المهارات · Ability to negotiate & communicate precisely · Strong interpersonal skills · Good computer skills in MS Office Tools. · Ability to adapt to change تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/real-estate-lease-executive-4496027/ |
