الوصف الوظيفي POSITION SUMMARY Drive and grow sales for oil & gas, power across the Middle East. المهارات · Track projects from concept to award. · Identify opportunities at an early stage and coordinate on global sales network. · Obtain RFQ documents from customers and participate in assembling and responding to RFQ requirements as well as understanding technical scope requirements. · Prepare technical proposal to meet project requirements. · Prepare, review and deliver quotations/proposals in a timely fashion. · Make presentations, follow up, negotiate and finalize orders in accordance with General Sales Conditions. · Plan and coordinate effective sales visits, provide feedback and compile sales reports with follow-up actions. · Document and report on all sales activities including sales forecast and pipeline. Work cooperatively with management. Business Growth and Development · Responsible for business generation by driving and implementing sales strategies to meet the operating plan and targets. · Identify new customer/market opportunities and assist in developing plans. · Drive critical business development initiatives, including strategic partnerships, alliances, etc. Behavioral Skills · Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential with the ability to fact find, gather information and identify opportunities and new sectors within client businesses. · Results-driven and self-motivated. · Must have strong business acumen, customer/client focused, strong presentation skills, problem solving and analytical skills. · Possesses strong interpersonal skills and a sense of urgency. · Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to change. QUALIFICATIONS/JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education/Experience/Travel): · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemical, science or business related. · A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas/Industrial environment with good knowledge of piping, project engineering preferred. · Experience of anti-corrosion custom coating of oil & gas and water pipeline/piping/spools (FBE, Epoxy, PU etc.). · Proven track record in developing new sales and accounts and driving profitable growth. · EPC sales experience in UAE / GCC is preferred. · Located in the UAE but willing to travel within GCC. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/sales-engineer-4495180/ |
