Hiring Senior Procurement Officer / Procurement Team Leader
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
• Talent in negotiations and networking with suppliers.
• Discover & Source out potential & profitable suppliers
• Evaluate supplier performance, negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Review & approve purchase requisitions and orders.
• Coordinates with other departments regarding procurement requirements.
• Responsible for inventory management & control.
• Prepare annual procurement plan.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
• Proven working experience as a Procurement Team Leader.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market.
• 7-10 years of experience in Procurement of Contracting/Ready Mix Industry materials.
• Good communication skills, Team Management, excellent negotiation skills, stress management & Strong leadership capabilities
• Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
