Senior Architectural Engineer (Bilingual - Arabic and English)

Job Specifications (but not limited to)

Manage large scale projects through all design stages.
Work closely with Senior Management to establish and / or understand internal resources time & cost targets – execute project deliverables in line with the same.
Establish project protocols / executive plans / procedures in line with Employer requirements.
Oversee the design & documentation process.
Attend / chair / minute project meetings as required within the consultancy agreement.
Oversee submissions to Authorities & service providers.
Take responsibility for writing specifications.
Take responsibility for issued information for each stage of the project.
Be aware of project budgetary constraints – work closely with the project cost consultant to ensure designs are executed with directed parameters.
Work closely with the team and project cost consultant to develop and / or understand the procurement strategy and execute tender stage services.

المهارات
Professional Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience.
Strong Architectural management experience.
Working knowledge of FIDIC Consultant Agreements preparation.
Working knowledge of tender document preparation.
Educational Qualifications

Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Architecture from a reputable and internationally recognized educational institutions.
Proficient in using major software like Adobe InDesign, etc.
Good communication skills. 
High level of proficiency in following: Microsoft Office.
