JD:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related fields
• 2–3 years’ work experience in service desk/customer services
• Experience in IT Service Management and ITIL framework/processes Experience in handling and managing SLAs
• Experience in using CRM/ITSM/ticketing tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge on Internet surfing, search engines, etc.
• Appropriate typing speed: (English ~25 wpm)
• Enthusiasm about Abu Dhabi, knowledge of Emirate growth plans, ongoing events, and general Government services will be helpful.
• Knowledge about SAP and Procurement.
