Hiring Admin Officer
If U have relevant experience in Admin/HR/PRO and meet the blow requirements,
Requirements:
• 2 Years minimum experience in similar position
• Valid UAE driving license
• Bilingual
• Can join immediately
Job Responsibilities:-
• Poster permit -branding for vehicles as requested from business dept. and renewal permit
• All related civil defense certifications and renewal/interpolation certificate (online)/ civil defence – renewal for cd permit for all tanker (online)
• Renewal for all agencies (boldrin & ely energy & jinu & old ham &a;.silva matos & tag).
• Renewal adoption of tankers transporting hazardous materials (online).
• Monitoring salik & darb accounts for all vehicles covering all company (online)
• Vehicle’s custody -handling & following all cars claims, services, insurance and inspection & issue all permit to renewal of licenses (online),contract renewal, repair, and maintenance & rent a car).
• Monitoring monthly traffic fines report - print all fines relate to Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Fujairah and then send direct to HR & Account dept. (online)
• Medical health insurances coverage for the group. (new and renewal)
• Handling all related company general insurance in terms of new and renewals:
• Workmen compensation: commercial general liability, professional indemnity; cpm policy contractors all risks policy and all vehicle / motor insurances.
• All companies related tenancy contract, service contracts new and renewals (like: offices, warehouse and land store labour accommodation, etc.)
• Employee files management following with staff for medical result and finger print for eid.
• Reimbursement claims: all the claims from employees in regard to the transportation, medical and fines.
