الوصف الوظيفي Job Content Job Purpose: An account manager provides client account management and high-level technical support to project teams and customers. Mentor and trains technical account specialists. Coordinate the installation and integration of services for customers. Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities: · Respond to RFP’s and follow up with prospects to achieve assigned Quota Revenue and Gross Margin. · Develop an account plan to sell to customers based on their business needs in line with ATC Portfolio of offerings. · Build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and new prospects. · Recommend and build marketing strategies. · Provide status information to your Manager including forecast/pipeline information. · Build satisfied customer references that can be utilized when reference selling. · Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities within vertical/client sector; break into new divisions and organizations within assigned partner account; develop new selling relationships through direct selling opportunities. · You will utilize a consultative approach, discuss business issues with prospect and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal or a formal sales presentation addressing their customer needs. · Abide by company obligations towards its vendors commitments and target · Abide by company roles and regulations when it comes to operations procedures and compliance within the group · Generate accurate and on time reporting utilizing company CRM · Protect the company Data confidentiality Job Internal and External Relations Job Internal Relations: Job External Relations: · Coordination with All departments · Vendors · Suppliers · Customers NOTE: All Job Internal and External Relations are conclusive for the job. Technical Competencies Education, Certifications and Professional Experience (Required for satisfactory performance on the job) Educational Qualification: · A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Business & Marketing IT or equivalent Professional Certifications: · As per partnership demands of the company Experience: · 3-5 years of Account/project management experience in relevant industry.
