Then we are looking for you!For our client in Abu Dhabi we are looking for a fluent English and Arabic speaking Customer Care Administrator. Our client is an investment company that works on agricultural regional and international projects and with this plays a role in the food security plan of Abu Dhabi and UAE.
what we offer
First of all you will earn a tax free all-inclusive salary! You will have a direct and permanent employment with our client, for either 2 or 3 years. A healthcare insurance or healthcare treatment is part of that employment. You work in an international team & working environment and you receive a total of 30 calendar days leave for every full year of work. Lastly, you will receive end of service benefits as per UAE Labor Law.

You are an English and Arabic communicating Customer Care professional, with prove experience as office administrator and/or sales support.

Our client is looking for a Customer Care Administrator who fulfills the following job requirements:
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
Customer support on operations for supply chain and distribution;
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance;
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management;
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.);
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned;
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

skills & competencies:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
Fluent in Arabic and English communication;
Excellent sales administration organizational skills;
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.);
UAE Driver’s License would be an advantage.
education & qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Business Administration (advantage);
Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in similar role;
Preferably with experience in Noon, Talabat, Amazon, or similar;
Ready to join immediately, or with maximum 1 month notice;
