Admin Assistant for Barakah Nuclear Power Plant Project
Assist in General Office Administration
Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Basic Accounting work submit and reconcile expense reports
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Provide Front Desk Reception duties which includes handling of phone calls and distributing correspondence
المهارات
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Proven experience in Accounts & Admin Field
Fluent English Communication
Working experience in Korean Company will be advantage
Bachelor Degree; additional qualification as an Admin assistant in Construction will be a plus
4 working days every week from (Monday to Thursday)
Preferred Applicant on Cancelled Visa who can join ASAP
With Valid UAE Driving License Holder
