Security Systems Specialist

A holding company of Abu Dhabi is looking for a Security Systems Specialist (Security/Lighting Control Specialist).
Requirement:
• Min 5 years of UAE experience is a must
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred
• Work experience with CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) (IWPS) (Wifi Protective Set up) cabling and OSP (Open Settlement Protocol), WAN, LAN, firewall, network switch technologies and video transmission on IP networks, AUTOCADD and ERP Software implementation is required
Job Description:
• Plan and analyze all assigned specific business related Security systems Projects, initiated by the company management and clients
• Provide high level and detailed design technical documentation
• Advice and guide the business on the specification of what system and equipment is needed for the business
• To provide Security, CCTV and associated telecom/networking infrastructure designs and specifications to relevant standards.
• Act as the specialist in CCTV, ACS and other security related systems to technical liaison with the implementation team.
• To be responsible and accountable for the proposed integrated technical solutions design across various subcontractors and subsystem solutions.
• Obtaining approval for Service Level Agreements for support , timely implementation, availability of services to meet the needs of individual businesses
• Meet and discuss with client, end users on the security systems and associated networking infrastructure for the project design.
• Develop customized system reports to meet End Users requirements.
• Understanding complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment.
• Ensure that all project specifications are implemented in the technical solution and are compatible with the project’s overall architecture.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager
