Hiring HR Administrative Officer
Job Description
• New employee scrutinizing
• Employee record maintenance including personal files and all other visa documents.
• Insurance, License, Visa and Passport, Vehicle Insurance & Regd. renewals.
• Record maintenance and renewal updating.
• All HR procedures like-job description, employee leave status, travelling documents etc.
• All administrative formalities like annual list holidays, preparing memos, office stationary stock, visa cancellation, new visa procedures, staff attendance list.
• All system procedure implementation follow-ups and review comments.
• To ensure that project contracts and bids are complete and filed on time.
• Responsible for coordinating activities, such as workshops and meetings, off the job site.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Must be graduate.
• Must have computer knowledge
• Must have good experience in administration.
• Must have leadership quality to organize and maintain office
• Years of Experience : 2 to 4 years as Admin/Hr.
• Visa Status : Spouse or Family Visa
