Applicant is expected to demonstrate strong ability to express in excellent English both verbal and written seen essential at effective communication and reporting. Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be part of confidential information and should be able to take care of the management’s needs. Our services would require you to be strong, creative and independent in project execution and capable of identifying key environmental issues, project management risks while executing the work.
Main Job Description:
Listening to client requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Maintain and develop relationships as well as provide information about the company services with existing and potential clients in person, via telephone calls and emails.
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
Meet personal and team sales targets.
“Get the sale” using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.).
Cross selling of various services within the company
Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with clients and/or managers.
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Gaining a clear understanding of clients’ businesses and requirements to fulfill their demands.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
Feeding future buying trends back to employers.
Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures (e.g. marketing strategies and activities performed by them, competitor’s latest products, services, & offers, etc.)
Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to promote company’s services.
Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
Work as a part of the marketing team, and follow the instructions given by the marketing supervisors and other senior marketing staff members.
