Sharing on behalf of one connection
• Design, implement and maintain the IT security architecture and infrastructure to ensure data protection and data integrity across the business.
• Monitor and Diagnose network connectivity and performance issues with Site connectivity and internet.
• Manage and administer various security-related technologies and Cloud Applications.
• Manage and Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.
• Manage and Administer Telecoms Communication
• Manage and Administer network communication, ASA firewalls, Firepower, Cisco Proxy, and VPN site-to-site connectivity.
• Performance monitoring and improvements for all the network/security services including Cisco switches.
• Reviewing current system security measures and recommending and implementing enhancements
• Conducting security risk assessments and ensuring continuous monitoring of systems and network
• Planning and maintaining system and network upgrades
• Ensuring employees have access to the IT system limited by need and role
• Promptly responding to all security incidents and providing thorough post-event analyses
• Maintain a current understanding of the IT threat landscape for the company-related industries.
• Document information security policies, procedures, and cyber incident response planning, Disaster recovery planning testing, and documentation
• Provide support to IT Audits, internal and external regulatory IT audits, investor due diligence, and reviews.
Security:
• Security: Identity and Access Management, CyberArk, Data Leak Prevention, Firewalls, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Sourcefire, IDS/IPS, Web Proxy, Cisco WSA, Endpoint Protection, SentinelOne, Microsegmentation with VMware NSX, Barracuda Spam Email Security Gateway, Patch Management, Ivanti, SIEM, AlienVault, ManageEngine, Mimecast, CrowdStrike
• Server Support: Microsoft Server and Desktop, VMware, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, RDP, WSUS, IIS, SQL, Exchange, Linux, Windows Server Performance Troubleshooting, Log Analysis, Identify Bottlenecks.
• Network / Monitoring: Cisco Switches, Routers, Wireless, VPN, and various network monitoring tools
• Cloud: Office 365 and AWS administration
• Telecoms and Voice: ISR4321 Voice Gateway, Cisco UCS servers, Cisco Call Manager, Unity Server, Jabber, Media Sense, Cisco Phones
• Other: Information Security Policies, Disaster Recovery Policies, and Procedure, Risk Assessments, Audits, Network, and Security design architecture, Forensic Analysis, Security Strategy
• Day to day user support and administration, account management, application, and pc issues.
