We are currently recruiting a Duty Manager.
The preferred candidate must be in UAE.
YOU’RE DAY TO DAY
• Serves as Manager on Duty and oversees the property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.
• Serves as Guest Relations and handles the tracking of service issues.
• To report all guest complaint and suggestion immediately to the Management.
• To investigate all guest, employee accidents and report circumstances to the Management.
• To adhere to the hotel fire emergency procedure in the event of fore.
• To investigate guest lost property.
• Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints
• To keep the logbook up to date reporting any irregularities and discrepancies
• 2 year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration,
• 2 year experience in the gust services and front desk communication skills.
• Good organization and leadership skills.
• Developed problem-solving skills to effectively handle conflict in a way that works for both the customer and the staff.
• A dynamic personality, with the ability to work in a fast pace and demanding environment
