One of the leading company based in UAE is looking for Network Specialist
Required:
• Candidate should have good hands on experience in #VOIPprinciples, #Cisco and #VoicemailSIP
• Hands on experience in VOIP principles & PBX functionality (Cisco & Avaya IPT Communication Manager, Voicemail, SIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP Protocols)
• Have clear understanding of Cisco & Avaya Voice network deployment models and should understand functioning of voice network devices.
• Understanding of ITS Systems & Networks, Security, Servers, LAN, WAN Technologies.
• Administration & Hands on experience in Contact Center products (Cisco UCCE, UCCX, Avaya AACC, AES, VXML Gateways, Media Servers)
• Knowledge of On Premise & Cloud Contact Center Technologies and third-party integrations.
• VMWare to maintain the related IP telephony infrastructure & Contact Center components
• Hands on experience in Configuration & troubleshooting of all the IP telephony features in CUCM such as Route pattern, translation pattern, SIP trunk, CSS, partition, etc.
• Hands on experience in Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco BEM6K UCS servers running CUCM 11x, Cisco Unity Connection 11x, IMP 11x, Expressways C & E on VMware platform
• Hands on experience in Configuration & troubleshooting of all the IP telephony features in CUCM such as Route pattern, translation pattern, SIP trunk, CSS, partition, etc.
• Hands on experience in Configuration & troubleshooting of in Cisco (UCCE, ICM, CVP, PG’s, VXML Gateways) & Avaya Contact Center (AACC, AES, ACR, System & Communication Manager) components & features
• Understanding of SIP Direct Routing with Microsoft Teams, Cisco & Avaya using SBC or CUBE.
• Knowledge and use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools
• Any Knowledge on other Contact Center technologies Mitel, Ameyo would be plus
