الوصف الوظيفي Major responsibilities: 1)Responsible for the leadership/supervision and day to day operations of the Compensation, Policy, Reporting, Manpower Planning and HR Budget section. 2)Review, develop and implement the compensation and benefits policies for all employees. Provide detailed and accurate analysis, including internal/external bench-marking to support the design of total reward management. 3)Manage formal compensation and benefits surveys within the country, the region and globally to compare and contrast company’s rewards strategy against industry practice. 4)Lead the resolution of all employee compensation and benefits issues. 5)Act as a consultant to internal ‘clients’ and recommend position levels and total compensation for new hires and current employees. Assist in rectifying internal pay equity anomalies. 6)Provide guidance and support to line management in preparing their annual departmental budgets as it relates to manpower cost. Use this information to provide financial data and analysis to HR&A;management 7)Make use of company’s intranet to communicate and explain company’s reward strategy to employees in a way that is understandable to all employees. 8)Ensure all rewards programs are compliant with all country specific legislative requirements. 9)Research and propose recommendations for compensation programs and provisions on a country or location specific basis for employees sent on assignments outside their normal work area. 10)Oversee company’s 5-Year Manpower Plan and lead the annual manpower planning process ensuring continuous improvement of the plan and procedures. 11)Manage all HR metrics and reporting for the organization. 12)Oversee HR Data Systems ensuring proficiency and accuracy of HR Data and recommend improvements to HR Data Systems as and when required. 13)Maintains up to date knowledge of best practices in the design and delivery of compensation and benefits in comparable industries. 14)Evaluate the latest compensation and rewards strategies being used globally and recommend which are suitable to be introduced to company and meet business objectives. 15)Manage company’s Medical, Group Life & Personal Accident insurance policies in UAE. In cooperation with HR (Review, update and enhance) employee welfare insurance policies coverage to reflect changes requested by senior management. 16)Lead the tendering processes of employee welfare insurances. 17)Assist in the preparation of annual budget by providing Medical, Group Life & Personal Accident insurance-related input to the Senior Manager of OD for developing and achieving the targeted budget 18)Motivate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices while considering ‘international leading practice’, improvement of business processes, and cost reduction. 19)Ensures assigned staff complies with all company HSE&S;policies & procedures and related initiatives. 20)Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by Senior Manager Organizational Development المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/head-of-compensation-policy-reporting-uae-nationals-only-4461593/ |
